  So I go here. Just looking to pick up some Tiger beer after a long and very rough day only to find the store closed 10 minutes before their closing time(11pm). I knock and the kid tells me that they've already shut down their tills for the evening. I told him that this was not acceptable because obviously they have to be open til their closing time and their sign was still lit as open.
  
  Instead what I get was a snotty response saying he didn't have to come and answer the door and that I should have scheduled my time to come earlier.
  
  I'm sorry that I 'inconvenienced' you by getting off work at 10pm to drive for 45 minutes to get there so I could intrude on your going home early.
  
  THANKFULLY Crowfoot Liquor was still open til their regularly schedulded closing time and could offer me such a simple service as ringing in a barcode and setting up a debit transaction which takes all of 5 minutes if not less.
  
  From what I hear this is a regular occurance for your store to shut ten minutes early so your staff can go home at exactly 11. Which is why Crowfoot Liquor is probably getting all your business.
  
  Congratulations on your hiring choices. I Hope the money you pay these guy is worth the amount of business you've lost and continue to lose.
