  Stale , Burnt or just badly prepared choose one .
  
  The Manager there talks down to woman but wont do the same when approached by a man (East indian) Just saying . I asked him to make another pizza and make new wings because of the above reason . He said I was looking for free food . I am the last person in the world that expects anything for free. But I surely expect to get what I paid for.
  
  If any of you people at Pizza Hut are reading this . It costs 6-7 times more to get new a customer than it does to maintain one. And in a town with the population of 11,000 people customer relationships should be paramount.
  
  My last interaction with the Manager was him telling me to not come back and buy food from somewhere else.

  Horrible experience!!!! Manager was very rude when I told him the pizza I had ordered was cold and hard...it looked like a pizza that had been sitting around for a few hours.
  I asked to have it replaced the manager said I could get one but I would have to pay for a new one made.
  I said I wasn't going to pay for a new one since I just paid for a large and believe me it was not fit for my dog.
  The manager then said he would replace it but I would have to take a medium size pizza instead..How am I to feed 4 people on a medium pizza? That's why I ordered a large to begin with..
  The manager also told me not to order from them any longer and to go somewhere else. I have been a customer for a few years now and this is how I am treated...What is going on with the service and people out there?... Its just a Pizza how hard can this get?
