  The last two times my coffee tastes like soap. Not sure if it on purpose or accident. But I will not be back. Will also be telling my family and friends. This was in the drive-thru on Tuesday 7th of February around 9:30am. Maybe management should speak to their staff. Not only is it disgusting but it is also dangerous. Somebody could have a severe allergic reaction.

  It's 12:30 and I went through drive-thru and ordered a coffee and a #6 Lunch combo with a pop. Which is a crispy chicken sandwich. I asked for the spicy kind. I was inform then by the order taker(staff#1), "I don't have that" & that it would take 8 minutes to cook. So I say no problem I will have the regular kind of crispy chicken. Turns out that they use the same chicken breasts/patties and the sandwiches only differ by sauce. Still not really a problem. I concede to the suggestion of a grilled chicken sandwich. Still not a problem. They thank me and read me my total of $9.90 and I thank them before pulling up to the window. (Staff#3) I pay. Then I'm handed a sandwich. More on the sandwich later. Then I get handed both drinks I ordered. Drinks are no problem. I would've liked a tray but again not a problem. Window closes. Window person said nothing. I assume than the wedges that come with the combo are still in the fryer or something to that effect as it is lunch time and they are likely busy......nope. My order was never put in as a combo. THIS IS WHY YOU READ BACK THE ORDER. I pipe up, the window opens, I ask, they inform and then proceed to rectify the situation. (Staff#3)THEN some other barbarous staff member informs me and the other staff members "we ain't got none"! Nice! The sandwich: the grilled chicken was not a breast of grilled chicken, instead it was tiny hunks of chicken like they probably use for their soup. This made for a complete disaster, the thing fell apart and was a disgusting mess. It was however spicy so that would have been an upside but it was so drenched in hot sauce AND powdered spicy stuff that it was disgusting for a 2nd completely separate reason.
  
  All I wanted was a sandwich & fries with a pop & a coffee............
  
  Break down of problems:
  No communication skills used
  No bag
  No napkins
  No tray
  No side dish
  Poor food quality
  Etc.
  
  2 things they achieved correctly. A bottle of pop and a coffee. SAD.

  My family and I just went there to order breakfast before a long drive to see family for Christmas. And our order was simple 3 bacon BELTS on croissants and a sausage breakfast sandwich. Every single sandwich was wrong. We got a bacon breakfast sandwich, a sausage breakfast sandwich on a croissant, and then two bacon breakfast sandwiches on croissants. When the drive thru person put everything on the screen it was right to the way we ordered it. But when we drove out of the drive thru they were all messed up. We are on a time sensitive schedule to get to our destination and we didn't have the time to go in and wait for them to fix their mistake, not to mention we should have got what we paid for. This was just sad that honestly everything was wrong, the only thing that was right were the bottled beverages we got and a black chi tea...
